Retford's Louise Saywell won her first ever international competition at the Horse of the Year Show in Birmingham this afternoon (Saturday 8 October).

Riding Peiter VI she completed the second round jump off of the Irish Horse Gateway competition in a time of 32.04 seconds, more than two seconds clear of second placed Phillip Miller.
