Former England and QPR footballer Trevor Sinclair who now is based in Dubai will be one of 23,000 runners taking part in this Friday’s Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon.
Sinclair will be hoping to better his time in last year’s London marathon where he came home in 3hrs and 33 minutes.
Rupert Bell spoke to him about his new found love of running and also about the hopes for one of his former clubs QPR now managed by Harry Redknapp
