In order to raise awareness of Ford Customer Service Lloyd Bell focused relevant Ford Service messaging around National Road Safety Week.

Creating newsworthy audio and written content, the team then liaised with radio and print contacts in order to best place the story ensuring media opportunities were maximised.

The dealer network was well integrated into the programme with interviews and quotes from local dealers ensuring the story was even more relevant for local press. Coverage was monitored and evaluated to demonstrate a return on investment for the client.
