The LBP team put together a bespoke media training programme for key personnel at Sport Wales ahead of the Olympics in Rio. During the session both radio and TV was covered while the team gave an insight into all interviewing techniques to ensure the Chief Executive and Head of Elite Sport both felt competent dealing with any scenarios posed to them throughout the Games in terms of the Welsh contingent.
