13 year old Hollie Gerken added her name to the illustrious former winners of the Pony of the year championship at the Horse of the Year show at the NEC in Birmingham on Thursday. F

Gerken, from Essex ,was last to go in the 6 rider jump off on RAMIRO HIGH SOCIETY , and held her nerve to come out on top by just over half a second with 3 combinations failing to finish with mistakes at the double

Earlier in the day Gerken had finished 2nd and 3rd in the Pony Newcomers class. Rupert Bell spoke to her after her win
